Return Policy

For Hospital Bed and Mattress

1. D.O.A. Policy (Death On Arrival).
   1. Within 60 days from the invoice date.
   2. Replace with the new unit within 7 working days.
   3. Both transportations charges, to be paid by supplier.
2. Return Policy
   1. Within 15 days after receipt of the bed, and within 30 days from purchasing date.
      1. If non-used : the return request can be accepted.
         • One-way return freight : to be paid by the buyer
         • Return bed need to be packed by the original packing materials, such as the metal frame pallet, the carton box and bubble wraps.
         • After receipt of the return bed and after inspected, the refund will be issued.
      2. Any of used bed cannot be accepted for the return request.
      3. Any mattress cannot be accepted for the return request.
   2. After 15 days from the receipt of the bedOr after 30 days from purchasing date.
