• All hospital beds, accessories, and equipment are delivered free of charge to locations within the 48 contiguous states.
• This service includes driveway or garage delivery for larger items, with freight carriers ensuring safe and efficient handling.
• Customers are responsible for arranging assistance to move the bed from the delivery location into their home or facility. If additional help is needed, we can coordinate this service through our trusted in-home delivery partners.

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Other Islands

• Shipping to locations outside the contiguous U.S., including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other islands, is available.
• These shipments will incur a shipping fee based on the destination and delivery method.

Additional Delivery Options

1. In-Home Delivery and Setup
   • For added convenience, inside delivery and setup can be arranged through third-party services for an additional fee.
2. Small Item Shipping
   • Accessories and replacement parts are shipped via UPS or FedEx, with standard delivery rates applying to destinations outside the contiguous U.S.
