General Return Guidelines

Exceptions and Restocking Fees
- Opened or Used Mattresses: Once a mattress has been opened or used, it is not eligible for return.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items to cover processing and handling.
Ineligible Items
- Used Products: Products that show signs of use or damage cannot be returned.
- Custom Orders: Items customized to specific customer needs are non-returnable.
