General Return Guidelines

  • Return Freight: The customer is responsible for the one-way return shipping cost.

Exceptions and Restocking Fees

  • Opened or Used Mattresses: Once a mattress has been opened or used, it is not eligible for return.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items to cover processing and handling.

Ineligible Items

  • Used Products: Products that show signs of use or damage cannot be returned.
  • Custom Orders: Items customized to specific customer needs are non-returnable.

  2. Provide Details: Share your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Shipping Instructions: We’ll provide the address and guidance for shipping the item back.
